Car Driver

The Private Family Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for family members while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition. The role requires discretion, punctuality, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism. The driver must ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers and maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family's personal and professional matters.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport family members to schools, offices, appointments, shopping, social events, airports, and other destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the family's schedule.
• Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.
• Schedule regular servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, pollution certificates, and other statutory vehicle requirements.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, fuel expenses, and service history.
• Assist family members with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, packages, and personal belongings when required.
• Run household-related errands such as banking, document delivery, shopping, and bill payments as instructed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's personal information, schedules, and activities.
• Follow all traffic laws and practice defensive driving at all times.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and occasional outstation travel.
• Immediately report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues to the employer.
• QualificationsMinimum 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a private family driver or executive chauffeur.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles is preferred.
• Skills & CompetenciesExcellent driving skills with a strong focus on passenger safety.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and alternate routes.
• Professional, courteous, and well-groomed.
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
