Responsblities
- Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets.
- Coach, motivate, and support advisors to maximize productivity.
- Generate new business through customer and advisor referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
- Conduct training sessions and field activities with advisors.
- Ensure high-quality sales while following IRDAI and company compliance.
- Monitor team performance and deliver consistent business growth.
