Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Sales Executive to

generate leads, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support business

growth. The candidate will coordinate with customers, follow up on sales opportunities, and

maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

 Generate and qualify new sales leads.

 Prepare and send quotations, proforma Invoice, and sales documents.

 Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.

 Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.

 Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding orders.

 Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

 Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in B2B sales.

 Knowledge of hospitality, kitchen equipment, or manufacturing industry is an

advantage.

 Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
