Position: Business Development Manager (Saksham Program)

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop Financial Consultants.

• Build and manage your own sales team.

• Meet customers and provide financial planning solutions.

• Generate business through advisors and personal network.

• Achieve recruitment and business targets.

• Participate in training and leadership development programs.

Eligibility:

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Age: 21–35 Years

• 1–8 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG or Direct Sales preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
