Business Development Manager - EL & PL, LAS & Digital Loans| New Delhi

  1. To drive business growth and profitability by identifying regional sales opportunities, executing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing field team. 
  2. The role is responsible for managing channel partners, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards. 
  3. The incumbent will play a critical role in expanding the PL, EL, and LAS portfolios through direct and indirect sourcing, while continuously improving operational efficiency and team productivity.
  1. Drive regional business growth by identifying opportunities, setting sales targets, and executing strategies. 
  2. Lead and mentor an off-roll FOS team, ensuring productivity through training and reviews. 
  3. Manage channel performance, build strong partner relationships, and boost sales via direct sourcing, telecalling, digital platforms, and partnerships. 
  4. Expand PL, EL, and LAS portfolios. Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining TATs and service levels while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
