About MyDream GlobalMyDream Global is an international fashion, media, entertainment and pageant organization working across India and the USA.

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle sales calls, lead follow-ups and customer conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Explain our pageants, fashion shows, auditions, events, participation packages and other opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Convert leads into registrations and sales.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets.
• Build relationships with participants, clients, partners and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development or lead conversion preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Candidates from events, fashion, beauty, media, education, hospitality or sales backgrounds are welcome.
