💼 Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

🎯 Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000+ per month

📌 Job Responsibilities✅ Develop and expand business across assigned territories.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.

✅ Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

✅ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

✅ Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

✅ Submit daily reports and maintain customer records.

🎓 Eligibility✔ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

✔ Experience in Pharma Sales/Business Development preferred.

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

✔ Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
