About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities for our architectural firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing strategic partnerships, and supporting the firm’s expansion across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use projects.

The role requires a strong understanding of the architecture, construction, real estate, or design industry along with excellent communication, networking, and proposal management skills.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in architecture, interiors, urban design, and allied sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, online platforms, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and project pitches to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare capability statements, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with architects and project teams to gather technical information for submissions.
  • Manage contract negotiations and support on boarding of new clients.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute annual business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Support branding, marketing, and digital outreach initiatives.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reports and CRM updates.
  • Monitor conversion ratios and business development KPIs.
