Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: Housekeeping Products / Toilet Hygiene Products / Cleaning Solutions

Location: Delhi NCR (Pan India Travel Required)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Relevant Industry)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Housekeeping Products and Toilet Hygiene Solutions portfolio. The candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to travel across India for client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.


Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base across India.

Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, industries, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, malls, facility management companies, and distributors.


  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and business meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping Products, Hygiene Products, Facility Management Products, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for business development and deal closure activities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional personality with strong client relationship management skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage.
