Job Description

Business Developmenet Manager — czed.io

We're a funded edtech startup building an AI-powered platform for coaching institutes and schools. Looking for a sales associate with 1-2 years of experience selling to coaching institutes (Teachmint, Classplus, Extramarks, BYJU'S, Aakash, or similar background preferred).

What you'll do:

• Visit coaching institutes and schools in Delhi NCR for product demos

• Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and field visits

• Pitch czed's LMS platform to institute owners and decision-makers

• Schedule founder calls for senior pitches and closures

• Maintain CRM and weekly pipeline reports

• Onboard new institutes and ensure smooth handover to operations

Who we're looking for:

• 1-2 years field sales experience in edtech (mandatory)

• Comfortable with daily institute visits and meeting institute owners

• Strong communication in Hindi + English

• Two-wheeler and smartphone required

• Hungry, self-driven, ready to take ownership
