Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Export Business Development Executive to drive international sales, develop new overseas markets, and expand the company's global customer network. The candidate should have experience in export sales, international business development, team handling, and leveraging AI tools to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Generate export inquiries through Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
  • Manage and guide the business development team to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Utilize AI tools for market research, lead generation, customer outreach, data analysis, and business intelligence.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate with international clients.
  • Coordinate with export documentation, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.
  • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, virtual meetings, and business conferences.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and support to improve productivity.
  • Achieve export sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Export Business Development and International Sales.
  • Team handling and leadership capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms for business development activities.
  • Knowledge of international trade, export procedures, and global markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing B2B platforms and digital lead generation channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online business tools.


Experience

3–7 years of experience in Export Business Development, International Sales, or Global Business Expansion.
