Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new clients through field visits and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Experience in the manufacturing and production of copper rods and copper wires will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
