The Role: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven professional from the Bathware / Sanitaryware / Faucets industry to expand our market presence and build strong channel relationships.

Requirements

•            Minimum 2 years experience as BDM (Bathware / Sanitaryware / Faucets)

•            Graduate (MBA preferred)

•            Basic MS Office knowledge

•            Strong communication & negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

•            Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers & dealers

•            Drive sales growth and close high-value deals

•            Generate new leads and maintain strong follow-ups

•            Attend client meetings, exhibitions & networking events

•            Expand brand presence in assigned territory
