🚀 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


F&B & Retail Real Estate | Delhi NCR


💰 ₹35K–₹50K + Deal-Based Incentives

📍 Delhi NCR | Office + Client Meetings

💼 1–5 Years Experience


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the BD team and manage sales targets

• Generate & develop key brand relationships

• Handle major client meetings & negotiations

• Drive deals from lead generation to closure

• Manage and mentor junior BD executives

• Track pipeline, follow-ups & conversions

• Coordinate with scouting & leasing teams


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Fluent English is mandatory

✔️ 1–5 years in Sales / BD / Real Estate / Leasing

✔️ Strong negotiation & deal-closing experience

✔️ Proven team management skills

✔️ Excellent client handling & communication

✔️ Strong networking & relationship-building skills

✔️ Target & revenue driven
