About the Role

Promfly is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in Digital Marketing sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, conducting outbound sales activities, cold calling prospects, scheduling meetings, and closing deals with clients from the USA, UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.

* Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

* Schedule and attend discovery meetings with potential clients.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Digital Marketing solutions.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

* Negotiate and close deals with international clients.

* Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

* Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

* Experience selling Digital Marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, or Lead Generation services.

* Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Experience using LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.

* Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

* Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with clients in the USA, UK, and Australia.

* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and agency sales.

* Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
