Job Description – B2B Sales Executive (Corporate Gifting / Printing & Packaging Solutions)
*Position:* B2B Sales Executive
*Location:* Naraina Vihar, New Delhi
*Experience:* 1–5 Years
*Salary:* Up to ₹7 LPA
### About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive with experience in Corporate Gifting, Printing, Packaging, Promotional Merchandise, or Branding Solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent client acquisition skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various industries.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting, printing, branding, and packaging solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client orders.
* Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
* 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
* Experience in *Corporate Gifting, Printing, Packaging, Promotional Products, Branding, Advertising, or Related Industry* is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Candidate
* Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
* Candidates with a passion for business development and relationship management.
