Business Development Executive (BDE)

About Sahaj: We build ERP, HRMS and business software for finance-first organisations. Founded 15 April 2009. 17 years. 1000+ businesses served across India, UK, Zambia, Oman, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and the Netherlands. ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2008 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. The role: You will run business development for our international markets. Book meetings, qualify prospects, run first-contact conversations, hand qualified leads to our senior team for close. You will work with our real product roster: Sahaj Accounting (1000+ businesses in India, Nepal and Oman), Sahaj HRMS (150+ companies, 200 to 25,000 employees), Sahaj ERP (Inventory and Accounts), Sahaj Mitra (our NGO ERP running at Centre for Science and Environment), Sahaj e-Connect (B2B dealer portal), SAP Business One implementation and support, and custom ERP builds. Proof we can name: Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, Halonix 16-year relationship, Zambian resources firm running full ERP, London metals trading firm. What we look for: 2 to 6 years in B2B sales, ideally software, SaaS or IT services. Clean written and spoken English. Comfortable with international customers over email, LinkedIn and video calls. Willing to work from our Moti Nagar Delhi office, Monday to Saturday. Bonus: exposure to ERP, accounting software, SAP or HRMS sold to CFOs or COOs. What we offer: Base salary Rs 3 to 6 lakh per annum, depending on experience. 3% incentive on every deal you close during probation. Base-salary review at month 3, based on performance.
