Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, bookings, customer engagement, and repeat business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other channels.
• Convert leads into confirmed session and event bookings.
• Manage booking details, customer records, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate session details with the Operations team.
• Promote session packages, memberships, events, and upcoming experiences.
• Drive upselling and repeat bookings through effective follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales and booking records.
• RequirementsFreshers to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, wellness, or customer handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
• Organized, proactive, and quick in execution.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and social media platforms.
