About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Kenzo Infosystems Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through both office-based sales activities and field sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of building strong relationships, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Office Sales Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate leads through online platforms, databases, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct virtual meetings and product/service presentations.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Maintain CRM records and update client interactions regularly.
Field Sales Responsibilities
Visit clients, businesses, and project sites for meetings and presentations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with both office work and field visits.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
