Job Description
Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business. opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for IT and AV solutions. (Digital signage, Commercial Displays, Interactive Flat panel displays).
The role involves lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure while achieving assigned sales targets.
What You'll Do
Generate quality B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research.
Connect with enterprise decision-makers and qualify opportunities.
Pitch IT, AV & Video Conferencing solutions.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads.
Track outreach performance and improve conversion rates.
We're Looking For
1–5 years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of IT Hardware, AV & VC solutions is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Ability to consistently achieve outreach and qualification targets.
