Looking to build your career in hardcore B2B sales with one of India’s fastest-growing platforms? We are hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Business Development Executive.


📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Field Sales)

💼 Role: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)



🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales

• Pitch recruitment and hiring solutions to clients

• Acquire and manage B2B clients

• Build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth

• Conduct client meetings and close sales opportunities


✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hardcore B2B / Field Sales experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Graduate preferred (HSC/Diploma candidates with strong sales experience can also apply)

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License

• Comfortable with field sales and target-oriented environment


🎯 Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Airtel B2B, WorkIndia, JobHai, PhonePe, or similar B2B sales backgrounds will be preferred.
