Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, seminars, and digital channels.

● Acquire new clients and drive consistent growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) through SIPs, lump sum investments, insurance, PMS, and AIF solutions.

● Develop goal-based Investment plans aligned with client profiles, risk appetite, and long-term objectives.

● Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and timely communication.

● Drive cross-sell and up-sell of financial products by identifying client needs and increasing overall portfolio value.

● Ensure strict adherence to compliance, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI/IRDA).

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding, transaction execution, and issue resolution.

● Contribute to brand building through active participation on LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and client education initiatives such as webinars.

● Continuously upgrade knowledge on financial markets, products, taxation, and regulations through certifications and training programs.

Experience, Skills and Qualification:

• Education: Graduate /Pursuing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Client relationship management and stakeholder handling ability.

• Basic understanding of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF & more).

• Sales orientation with a long-term relationship-building mindset.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
