## About the Role

Sharma Art Production Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic *Business Development Executive* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our exhibition stall design, fabrication, branding, and event solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through outbound communication, networking, and lead generation.

* Identify potential clients and develop long-term business relationships.

* Promote the company's exhibition stall designing, fabrication, branding, and event management services.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and sales teams to provide suitable solutions.

* Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

* Prepare and maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.

* Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

* Represent the company professionally during client interactions and exhibitions when required.

## Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

* Good understanding of sales and business development techniques.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

## Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Experience in business development, B2B sales, marketing, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
