Job Summary
Indiatrade Port Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to generate business opportunities, promote company services, and build strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to explain company services and offerings.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates to management.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
