Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented BD Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting prospects into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional requirements.
