Job Description

Prinesha Enterprises is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and self-motivated Business Development Associates to support customer engagement, lead generation, and business development initiatives.

The role involves interacting with prospective customers over phone, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, maintaining customer relationships, updating CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth.

Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
  • Introduce company products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build professional relationships with prospective customers.
  • Handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.

Business Development Support
