Job Description
Eligibility
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Team Handling / Team Leader role
* Proven experience in managing and driving a sales team
* Must have handled a team of at least 3 members
* Strong sales and target-achievement track record
* Experience in generating and managing business through the team
* Excellent communication, leadership and team-management skills
* Candidates who can join within 30 days preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate the branch sales team
* Drive team performance and achieve business targets
* Generate business of approximately ₹2 Cr through the team
* Monitor individual and team productivity
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance
* Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business growth
* Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
