Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Insurance Sales Executive / Relationship Manager. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through multiple insurance products including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and General Insurance. The role requires strong sales skills, customer relationship management, and target achievement capabilities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for insurance products.
  • Promote and sell multiple insurance products such as:

  • Life Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Motor Insurance
  • General Insurance
  • Investment & Savings Plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups for business generation.
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and insurance products.
