Back Office Executive

*Job Title:* KYC / Due Diligence Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer onboarding and due diligence processes. The role involves verifying customer information, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

* Perform KYC checks and initial due diligence for new and existing customers

* Verify customer identity and identify beneficial ownership (UBO)

* Assess customer risk profiles and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk cases

* Screen customer profiles and documents for discrepancies or suspicious activity

* Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails of all findings

* Coordinate with customers for information verification and document collection through calls 

* Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for reports and case closure within TAT

* Maintain MIS reports and trackers for management review 

* *Shift timing* - 9:30 to 6:30 

* *Week off -* Sunday 

* *Location* - Delhi-Okhla
