Job Title: B2B Sales Manager / Executive – Life Insurance
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
Role Overview:
We are hiring dynamic B2B Sales professionals who will be responsible for recruiting and activating agents, POS, advisors, and partners and driving business through them in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Agents / POS / Advisors / Channel Partners
Activate and manage partners to generate consistent business
Drive sales through B2B channel (Agency / Partner Network)
Maintain strong relationships with agents and partners
Achieve monthly business and activation targets
Mandatory Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Agency / B2B Channel)
Proven experience in Agent Activation & Business Sourcing
Strong network of agents / advisors / POS preferred
Good communication & relationship management skills
