Job Description for the post of Restaurant Steward & Captain

• Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.

• Front Desk Operations: Allocating the Diners with to their desired table and assiting them and making them comfortable

• Payment Handling: Process transactions, verify billing, and balance cash drawers or banks.

• Dazzle & Delight: Providing overall excellent hosptality so that the Diners can have a memorable experience

• Conflict Resolution: Listen to guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and with empathy.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with Kitchen and other departments
