Assistant Restaurant Manager

Shift Management: Supervise daily operations across the front-of-house, back-of-house, and delivery rider fleet to ensure smooth service.

Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and guide staff while strictly enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards.

Customer Experience: Address guest feedback promptly and ensure consistent food quality and service presentation.

Cost & Inventory Control: Assist with inventory tracking, minimizing wastage, and monitoring daily labor and food costs.

Administration: Help process daily sales reports, staff attendance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
