Assistant Manager – Financial Sales, Demat, Broking & Wealth Management | DelhiLocation: Jhandewalan, Delhi
Experience: 4–6 Years | Age: 30–35 Years
CTC: ₹3.90 LPA – ₹5.88 LPA

About the Role
Mint Capital, Authorized Partner's of Angel One, is looking for an experienced financial services professional with strong expertise in Demat, Stock Broking, Trading and Wealth & Investment Planning to drive business growth and lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across Demat, Broking and Wealth products.
- Possess strong working knowledge of Equity, F&O, Trading, SIP, Mutual Funds and Insurance.
- Handle client relationships and execute appropriate investment and financial product solutions.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Conduct product, sales and process training sessions and team development activities.
- Ensure audit readiness, process discipline, compliance and ethical selling practices.
- Take ownership of team performance, business targets and execution.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities and practical growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate
A proven Stock Broking / Demat / Wealth professional with strong product knowledge, sales capability, team-handling skills and the ability to convert business opportunities into measurable growth.
