Position: Assistant Accountant

Location: karol bhag metro station

Experience: 1–3 Years ( Freshers Can Apply)

Qualification: Graduate 

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000/- Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
• Prepare TDS calculations and returns
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
• Coordinate with CA for audits, compliance, and finalisation of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Busy software
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the trading/manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of inventory accounting
• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Days:

• 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday)
