Job Description

Job OverviewSunrise Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, patient billing records, vendor payments, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and hospital billing procedures, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

Required Skills & QualificationQualification:

  • B.COM (P)
  • Additional certification in Tally, GST, or accounting software is an advantage.

Skills:

1.Knowledge of Accounting Principles – Understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.

2.Bank Reconciliation – Ability to reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash and bank records.

3.Accounts Payable and Receivable Management – Handling vendor payments and tracking outstanding receivables.

4.GST and TDS Knowledge – Basic understanding of taxation, statutory deductions, and compliance requirements.

5.Accounts Payable and Receivable Management – Handling vendor payments and tracking outstanding receivables.

6.Advanced MS Excel Skills – Knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and report preparation.

7.Hospital Billing Experience – Familiarity with OPD/IPD billing processes, insurance claims, and patient account reconciliation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and ensure timely posting of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Handle OPD/IPD billing reconciliation and coordinate with the billing department for account settlements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and follow-up of outstanding balances.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
