Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Daryaganj, New Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC (Approx. ₹26,400 In-Hand)

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• RequirementsMinimum 10 years of Accounts experience.
• B.Com is mandatory.
• Stable employment history with long-term tenure in previous organizations.
• Experience in Stock Broking industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Share Accounting, Pay-In & Pay-Out process will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
• Process vendor payments and bank transactions.
• Perform bank, client, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data.
• Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports.
• Support Share Accounting and Pay-In & Pay-Out activities (if applicable).
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Stock Broking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Share Accounting and Depository processes.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
