Job Description

key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ accounting software.
  • Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Assist in GST returns, GST reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
  • Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Support internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel.


Required Skills:


  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
