Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and vouchers in Tally.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

GST Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns) within prescribed timelines.

Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.

Ensure compliance with GST regulations and respond to notices, if any.

TDS Compliance

Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions.

Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.

Generate and issue TDS certificates.

Bank Reconciliation

Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.

Maintain records of payments, receipts, and fund transfers.

Financial Reporting & Audit Support

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
