Accounts Executive

A Senior Executive Accounts will be managing daily financial operations, ledger maintenance, and statutory tax compliances. This role requires handling the complete procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, preparing financial statements, and supporting internal or external audits.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor invoice processing and payment settlements.

·       Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger upkeep.

·       Execute bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations periodically.

·       Handle statutory compliances such as GST and TDS calculations, reporting, and return filings.

·       Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and basic MIS report generation.

·       Coordinate with auditors and compile data for statutory, tax, or internal audits.

·       Requirements and Qualifications

·       Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance).

·       Bring 2 to 5 years of hands-on corporate accounting experience.

·       Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards and indirect/direct tax filing.

·       Possess high proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks, alongside advanced MS Excel.

·       Exhibit solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
