Job Description
- Generate sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Prepare and manage customer billing and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Create and manage E-Way Bills for goods transportation as per GST regulations.
- Maintain accounting records and daily transactions in Busy Accounting Software.
- Record and manage Contra Entries for cash deposits, withdrawals, and bank-to-bank transfers.
- Perform cash book, bank book, and bank reconciliation activities.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare GST returns and assist with TDS compliance.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
