Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and transaction processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Software.
• Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare invoices, challans, and e-way bills as required.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when necessary.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
• Mandatory knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
