Job Description
Maintaining financial records and accounting books.
Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Preparing invoices and processing bills.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling bank statements and company accounts.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assisting with budgeting and financial planning.
Calculating and filing taxes (GST, VAT, TDS, etc., depending on the country).
Processing payroll and employee reimbursements.
Monitoring cash flow and managing petty cash.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Using accounting software such as Tally, marg erp
