Job SummaryThe Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify incoming materials and products.
• Check quantity, quality, SKU, and documentation during inward operations.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods in designated locations.
• Handle picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement details.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or excess inventory.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with logistics, transport, procurement, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch of customer/store orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling practices.
• Update warehouse data in ERP/WMS systems or Excel.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to stock, inward, outward, and dispatch.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in daily operational activities.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS software is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage.
