Event Manager

●      Plan and execute conferences, workshops, CMEs, seminars, inaugurations, annual functions, and special events.

●      Develop event timelines, budgets, and execution plans.

●      Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and service providers.

●      Manage event logistics, venue setup, audiovisual arrangements, and hospitality.

●      Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshooting during events.

●      Oversee event marketing, invitations, registrations, and communications.

●      Maintain event documentation and post-event reports.

●      Ensure compliance with safety and institutional guidelines.
