  • Job Role - Solving queries and complaint over the call, giving resolution, Customer Satisfaction, Inbound process ETC

  • Shift - Day shift / 5 DAYS working
  • Shift Timing - 8AM To 8PM ( Any 10Hours Duty )
  • Week Off - 2 Rotational Off
