✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of Sales experience in an International BPO.
• Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Assist international customers through Live Chat.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets through Upselling and Cross-selling.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.

🎯 Preferred Candidates

• Experience in International Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Troubleshooting.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and close sales through chat.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Max exprience upto 5 years.
