Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) / Voice Sales Representative – Loan Sales Process

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and sales-driven professionals to join our Loan Sales Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, promoting loan products, generating sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

• Cross-sell banking and financial products to existing and prospective customers.

• Guide customers through the complete loan process, including eligibility, documentation, application, and disbursal.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.

• Resolve customer queries related to loan products, interest rates, documentation, and processes.

• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and adhere to defined KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Mandatory Candidate Criteria

• Experience in Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / BFSI Sales is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of banking and loan products will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Telecalling, or Telesales will be preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹18,500 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
