Telesales Executive – Personal Loan Department

Job Overview:
Alfa Tza LLP is hiring motivated and confident candidates for its Personal Loan Sales Department. The role involves contacting potential customers through phone calls, explaining personal loan products and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain personal loan products, benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Assist customers with loan documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, BPO or loan sales is preferred.
