Telesales Executive

·       Generate new loan leads by calling on the data provided by the company

·       Make new collabrations with referral partners and maintain the existing relationships to generate leads from the partners

·       Coordinate with customers, banks, NBFCs, and internal stakeholders for smooth loan processing.

·       Follow up on documentation, sanction status, disbursement, and post-sanction requirements.

·       Maintain lead trackers and customer databases.

·       Engage with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups on provided leads.

·       Identify opportunities to generate new business through customer interactions and referrals.

·       Ensure timely and accurate submission of loan applications and supporting documents.
