Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's provided database.
2. Generate leads and identify prospective property buyers.
3. Explain available residential and commercial properties, projects, and offers.
4. Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, property type, and preferences.
5. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
6. Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
7. Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
8. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
9. Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic project information.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
• Confident telephone conversation skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales.
• Customer handling and convincing skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into site visits.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in telecalling, real estate, BPO or sales will be an advantage.
